Ingredients list for Corn And Pomegranate Parcel

  • 1 1/2 cups American corn kernels boiled
  • 3 tablespoons Pomegranate Kernels (anar)
  • 2 medium Onion
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Butter

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Chop the onions into slightly big cubes.
  2. Put the onions into a bowl, add corn, pomegranate pearls, salt, chilli flakes, chaat masala and lemon juice.
  3. Chop coriander leaves finely and add and mix well. Cut the foil paper into squares.
  4. Apply a little butter in the middle. Place the corn mixture over and fold the foil to make a parcel.
  5. Bake these parcels in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve in the foil itself.
