Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chicken Sesame Kebab Recipe

  • Chicken Breasts 500 grams

  • White Sesame Seeds 3 tablespoons

  • black sesame seeds (kale til) 3 tablespoons

  • Garlic paste 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Nutmeg powder a pinch

  • Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon

  • Black peppercorns, crushed 3-4

  • Lemon juice 3-4 teaspoons

  • Butter 1 teaspoon

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Chaat masala a pinch


Step 1

Vertically slice chicken breasts into strips and put into a bowl.

Step 2

Add garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, nutmeg powder, garam masala powder, crushed black peppercorns and lemon juice and mix.

Step 3

Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

Heat oil and butter in a non stick pan. Mix together white and black sesame seeds and place in a plate.

Step 5

Coat the marinated chicken with these sesame seeds and shallow fry in the pan on a low heat.

Step 6

Flip over and cook till both sides are equally done.

Step 7

Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle some chaat masala over it and serve.
