Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chicken Nuggets Stick-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Boneless chicken cut into medium cubes 500 grams

  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Garam masala powder /12 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespo for garnish

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Eggs 2

  • Dried breadcrumbs for coating

  • Oil to deep fry

  • Green chutney to serve


Step 1

Put chicken cubes in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well. Keep the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours

Step 2

Skewer chicken pieces onto satay sticks.

Step 3

Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat. Take breadcrumbs in a plate.

Step 4

Dip skewers in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs and dip once again in beaten eggs.

Step 5

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the chicken in hot oil till it is fully cooked and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney.
