Ingredients
- 1 kilogram chicken liver
- 100 grams yogurt
- 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin-coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Method
- Marinate chicken liver with yogurt, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, half of the ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, salt. Set aside for two hours.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for two minutes.
- Add tomato paste and sauté for two to three minutes.
- Add marinated chicken liver. Sauté and cook for fifteen to twenty minutes. Check the seasonings.
- Serve hot with roti.
