By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Soya Nuggets Cuisine Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Burger With Whole Meal Bun 1 1/2 cups Chicken mince 1/2 cup Soya Nuggets 2 Green chillies chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 medium Onion chopped 1 medium Carrots grated to taste Salt for shallow frying Oil 4 Whole meal buns 2 medium Onions 1 tablespoon Olive oil 1 teaspoon Soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon Brown sauce a few Iceberg lettuce 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon Mustard paste 2 medium Tomatoes sliced Method Soak soya nuggets in two cups of water for ten minutes. Drain. Mix together chicken mince, green chillies, coriander leaves, onion, carrot and salt and blend in a mixer. Add soaked soya nuggets and blend again. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Slightly dampen your hands and shape the mixture into four equal sized patties. Heat a griddle, put a little oil and cook the patties on medium heat. Turn and cook on the other side. Cook till golden on both sides. To serve, cut roundels of onions and separate into rings. Heat a little oil in a griddle and grill the onion rings. Add Soy or Worcestershire sauce and mix. Add brown sauce and mix and cook covered for two minutes. Slit the buns horizontally. Heat a little olive oil on the griddle and roast the bun on both sides. Tear lettuce leaves.
