Ingredients list for Cheesy Paneer Bread
- ¼ cup Cheddar cheese grated
 - ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese grated
 - 200 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) cut into 2 inch slices
 - 8 White bread slices
 - for deep-frying Oil
 - 1 medium Onion finely chopped
 - 1 tablespoon Red chilli flakes
 - 3-4 Olives pitted, finely chopped
 - 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
 - 1 Pickled jalapenos finely chopped
 - 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
 - to taste Salt
 - to taste Crushed black peppercorns
 - 3-4 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
 - for coating Bread crumbs panko
 
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
 - Take onion in a bowl. Add chilli flakes, black olives, garlic, jalapenos, coriander leaves, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well.
 - Trim off the edges of bread slices and roll them out using a rolling pin
 - Place one cottage cheese slice in the center of 4 bread slices. Put some cheese mixture on top, apply some water on the edges and cover with remaining bread slices. Cut into triangles.
 - Take flour in another bowl. Add some water and mix to make smooth slurry.
 - Spread bread crumbs on a plate.
 - Dip each bread triangle in slurry and coat with breadcrumbs.
 - Deep-fry bread triangles in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
 - Serve hot.
