Ingredients list for Cheesy Achari Chicken
- 250 grams Boneless chicken cut, 2 inch pieces
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese grated
- 2-3 tablespoons Pickle masala
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 1 inches Ginger finely chopped
- 2 medium Onions sliced
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 1 medium Green capsicum chopped
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves finely chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Take chicken in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and pickle masala and mix well.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds. Add onions and sauté till golden.
- Add marinated chicken, mix and cook till ½ done. Add chilli powder and mix. Add chilli flakes and green capsicum, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.Add coriander leaves and mix.
- Transfer the chicken mixture into the glass baking dish and spread mozzarella cheese on top.
- Put the dish into the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
