Ingredients list for Cereal Bhel
- 1 cup Cornflakes
- 1 cup Rice Crispies
- 1 cup Wheat flakes
- 3 medium Onions finely chopped
- 3 medium Tomatoes roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Masala dal
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Green chutney
- 3 tablespoons Tamarind chutney
- 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons +
Method
- Mix cornflakes, rice crispies and wheat flakes in a bowl.
- Add onions, tomatoes, masala dal, green chutney, tamarind chutney, green chillies, red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice. Toss well.
- Add two tablespoons coriander leaves and mix.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves.
