Ingredients list for Capsicum and Pudina Chutney

  • 1 1/2 cups Green capsicum ,roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Green chillies ,broken
  • 2 tablespoons Raw peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Put capsicum in a grinder jar, add mint leaves, green chillies and peanuts and grindto a coarse paste.
  2. Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, lemon juice, sugar, salt and 1 tablespoon water and grind once again to a smooth paste.
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve as required.
