Ingredients list for Bhindi Aur Oats Sabji
- 250 grams Ladyfingers diagonally sliced
- 2 tablespoons Oats
- 2-3 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 10-12 Curry leaves
- 1 medium Onion roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Amchur powder
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant.
- Add curry leaves, onion and sauté lightly. Add bhindi and mix. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur, salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- Add oats and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer onto a serving bowl and serve hot.
