Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh pomegranate pearls
- 1/2 cup fresh mint Leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 3 green chillies, roughly chopped
- 1 inch piece ginger, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Salt to taste
Method
- Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, lemon juice, salt, cumin seeds, dry pomegranate seeds and a little water in a mixer jar till smooth.
- Transfer the chutney in a bowl. Add fresh pomegranate pearls, yogurt and mix well. Cool and serve
