Ingredients list for Aloo Ka Bharta
- 7-8 medium Potatoes boiled , peeled and mashed
- Mustard Oil
- 2 tablespoons Mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 3-4 cloves Green garlic chopped
- 2-3 Green chillies chopped
- 3 Spring onions chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 2 stalks Spring onion greens chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds, green garlic and green chillies and sauté for a minute. Allow the tempering to cool.
- In a bowl mix mashed potatoes with spring onions. Add the tempering and mix well.
- Add salt, red chilli powder and mix well.
- Add spring onion greens, mix and serve.
