Mint Makhana

Method 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 150° C for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Take lotus seeds in a bowl, add ghee, salt, dried mint powder and chaat masala and mix well.
  3. Spread half makhana in a single layer in air fryer basket, fit it into the fryer and air fry for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Similarly, air fry the remaining makhanas.
  5. Bring the basket out and allow to cool. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
