Ingredients
- 100 grams puffed lotus seeds (makhana)
- 4 teaspoons ghee
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- tablespoons dried mint powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 150° C for 2-3 minutes.
- Take lotus seeds in a bowl, add ghee, salt, dried mint powder and chaat masala and mix well.
- Spread half makhana in a single layer in air fryer basket, fit it into the fryer and air fry for 7-8 minutes.
- Similarly, air fry the remaining makhanas.
- Bring the basket out and allow to cool. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
