Ingredients
- Drinking soda as required
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- ½ cup sugar
- 25-30 fresh mint leaves
- 4 lemons, halved
- Ice cubes as required
Method
- Take sugar in a bowl. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Set aside till the sugar dissolves.
- To make one serving, put 2 tablespoons of the prepared syrup into a serving glass. Add ¼ teaspoon black salt, ¼ teaspoon crushed black peppercorns, ¼ teaspoon chaat masala, 6-8 mint leaves and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into it and mix well. Add ice cubes and top it up with drinking soda. Serve immediately.
