Ingredients
- 1 cup macaroni
- 4 cheese slice
- 1 cup milk
- A pinch of red chilli flakes
- A pinch of dried mixed herbs
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley sprigs as required
Method
- For each portion, take ¼ cup water in a mug, add ¼ cup milk and cook in a Microwave on HIGH heat for 1 minute.
- Add ¼ cup macaroni and mix well. Cover and set aside for 3 minutes.
- Add a pinch of red chilli flakes, a pinch of dried mixed herbs and salt to taste and mix well.
- Place a cheese of slice and parsley sprig on top.
- Cook in the Microwave on HIGH heat for 1½ minutes.
- Mix well, sprinkle a little red chilli flakes, garnish with parsley sprig and serve.
