Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add red chilli-garlic chutney and sauté till fat separates.
  2. Add dabeli masala, date and tamarind chutney, salt, and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Switch the heat off and transfer it in a bowl.
  4. Generously spread the prepared mixture inside the pavs. 
  5. Heat butter in a non-stick tawa. 
  6. Open the pavs and place them on the hot tawa with the masala side facing up. Place two cheese slices over each pav and fold it in half to make a sandwich. Toast on both sides till the cheese melts and the pavs turn crisp.
  7. Arrange the pavs on a serving platter, garnish with masala peanuts, sev, and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
