Method

  1. Put Pro V Select Whole Natural Cashew in a grinder jar and grind to a fine powder.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan, add sugar and ½ cup water and mix till sugar dissolves. Add milk and cook. Discard the scum and continue to cook till the syrup reaches multistring consistency.
  3. Add liquid glucose and mix well. Add cashew powder and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a parat and knead into a soft dough.
  5. Transfer the mixture into greased mithai tray. Flatten with a rolling pin. Garnish with silver varq and set aside for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Cut into diamonds, arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
