Ingredients
- 2 cups Pro V Select Whole Natural Cashew
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon liquid glucose
- Silver varq for garnish
Method
- Put Pro V Select Whole Natural Cashew in a grinder jar and grind to a fine powder.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add sugar and ½ cup water and mix till sugar dissolves. Add milk and cook. Discard the scum and continue to cook till the syrup reaches multistring consistency.
- Add liquid glucose and mix well. Add cashew powder and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a parat and knead into a soft dough.
- Transfer the mixture into greased mithai tray. Flatten with a rolling pin. Garnish with silver varq and set aside for 30-40 minutes.
- Cut into diamonds, arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
