Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped dark chocolate
- ½ cup oats flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Take peanut butter in a bowl, add brown sugar and beat with an electric beater till the sugar melts completely.
- Take flax seed powder in a small bowl, add 3 tablespoons water and mix well and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Add this mixture to peanut-sugar mixture and beat for 2 minutes. Add oats flour, rolled oats, vanilla essence and dark chocolate and mix well. Add baking powder and milk and mix till well combined.
- Divide this mixture into small equal portions, shape each portion into a ball and flatten it slightly to make a cookie. Arrange the cookies at equidistance on a lined baking tray.
- Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Bring out the tray from oven and allow to cool. Arrange on serving plate and serve.
