Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 12-16 almonds
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 tablespoons oats
- 6-8 seedless black dates
- 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3 cups milk
- Mixed chocolate chips (dark chocolate and white chocolate) for garnish
Method
- Peel the banana, break it in half and put into a blender jar. Add oats, cocoa powder, almonds, black dates, pumpkin seeds, vanilla essence and milk and blend to a smooth mixture.
- Pour equally 4 serving glasses. Garnish with mixed chocolate chips and serve immediately.
