Ingredients list for Chicken Masala Noodles
- 100 grams Boneless chicken cut into small pieces
- 250 grams Instant noodles
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 Medium onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Green peas
- 4 tablespoons French beans finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Taste maker
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Green capsicum finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Carrot finely chopped
Method
- Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, green peas and French beans, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chicken and mix well. Add taste maker and salt and mix well.
- Break and add instant noodles and capsicum, mix and cook for a minute. Add 2 cups water and carrots, mix, cover and cook till fully done.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
