Ingredients list for Chicken Masala Noodles

  • 100 grams Boneless chicken cut into small pieces
  • 250 grams Instant noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Medium onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green peas
  • 4 tablespoons French beans finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Taste maker
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Green capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Carrot finely chopped

Method

  1. Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, green peas and French beans, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add chicken and mix well. Add taste maker and salt and mix well.
  3. Break and add instant noodles and capsicum, mix and cook for a minute. Add 2 cups water and carrots, mix, cover and cook till fully done.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
