By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Instant noodles Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Masala Noodles 100 grams Boneless chicken cut into small pieces 250 grams Instant noodles 1 tablespoon Butter 1/2 tablespoon Oil 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1/4 cup Green peas 4 tablespoons French beans finely chopped 1 tablespoon Taste maker to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Green capsicum finely chopped 2 tablespoons Carrot finely chopped Method Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, green peas and French beans, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken and mix well. Add taste maker and salt and mix well. Break and add instant noodles and capsicum, mix and cook for a minute. Add 2 cups water and carrots, mix, cover and cook till fully done.
