Ingredients

Method 

  1. Take chicken pieces in a bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, ginger- garlic paste and vinegar mix well.
  2. Sift refined flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl.
  3. Roll the chicken pieces in refined flour mixture and dip in ice cold water for 30 seconds.
  4. Roll in the refined flour mixture again. Keep the chicken pieces in a plate.
  5. Preheat the air fryer at 190° C for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Spray some oil on air fryer basket and arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer. Fit the basket into the air fryer and air fry for 6 minutes.
  7. Bring the basket out, flip the chicken pieces, spray some more oil and air fry for 6 minutes more.
  8. Bring the basket out, transfer the chicken popcorns into a serving bowl and serve hot.
