Burrata Pizza

Ingredients

Method

  1. Take bread flour in a bowl, add instant dry yeast and salt and mix well.
  2. Add 185 mililitres water and mix till well combined. Cover with a moist muslin cloth and set aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Stretch the dough from all sides and set aside to prove for 30 minutes.
  4. Repeat the same process one more time.
  5. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and sprinkle some bread flour in a container and place the dough balls and set aside for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat oven with stone at 220º C.
  7. Sprinkle some bread flour on worktop and place a portion of dough. Stretch from all the sides to make base.
  8. Spread pizza sauce evenly. Grate parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Transfer the pizza on stone and bake for 5 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven, place burrata cheese in the centre, sprinkle arugula leaves around burrata.
  11. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on crust and on arugula leaves. Slice and serve.
