Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Add white onions, mix and sauté till onions are translucent.
  3. Add Pro V Select California Whole Natural Almonds, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli, salt and crushed black peppercorns, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add vegetable stock, mix well, cover and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Transfer into a bowl and grind to fine mixture with a hand blender.
  7. Strain through a fine strainer into the same pan and let the mixture come to a boil.
  8. Transfer into a serving bowl, drizzle fresh cream, sprinkle crushed black peppercorns and serve hot.
