Ingredients
- 1½ cups leftover aloo sabzi
- Grated mixed cheese to sprinkle
- 4 white bread slices
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1½ tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley + to sprinkle
- Black sesame seeds to sprinkle
Method
- Take leftover aloo sabzi in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and parsley and mix well.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Arrange the bread slices on baking tray and spread the potato mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle mixed cheese and bake in preheated oven for 6-8 minutes.
- Sprinkle black sesame seeds and parsley. Cut into halves and serve.
