Ingredients
- 4 white bread slices, cut into triangles
 - 1½ cups refined flour
 - ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
 - 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
 - ½ teaspoon sugar
 - Salt to taste
 - Oil for deep frying
 - Coffee for serving
 
Method
- Take refined flour in a bowl, add turmeric powder, black sesame seeds, sugar and salt and mix well.
 - Add 1¼ cups water and whisk well to form a smooth batter.
 - Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Dip the bread slices in the prepared batter and slide into hot oil.
 - Deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
 - Arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot.
