Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 6 tablespoons coconut oil
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Take almond flour in a bowl, add salt, vanilla essence, coconut oil, maple syrup and chocolate chips and mix till well combined.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and place them at equidistance on a greased baking tray. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Bring the tray out of the oven and allow the cookies to cool completely.
- Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
