Ingredients list for Vegetables In Thai Red Curry
- 1 medium Carrot diagonally sliced
- 10-12 Red Curry Paste diagonally sliced
- 10-12 Button mushrooms halved
- 5-6 French beans cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon Red curry paste
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 medium Onions
- 1 medium Tomato
- to taste Salt
- 50 grams Firm beancurd (tofu)
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 5-6 florets Broccoli
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick wok. Chop onions roughly and add. Add red curry paste and saute.
- Chop tomato and add. Add carrot, baby corns and mix. Add mushrooms and mix. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes.
- Add French beans, salt and mix. Cube tofu and add along with coconut milk and broccoli and mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with steamed rice.
