Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes, thickly sliced
- 75 grams mozzarella cheese, thickly sliced
- A few fresh basil leaves
- 6 black olives, deseeded
- 6 green olives, stuffed
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method
- Arrange alternate slices of tomatoes and mozzarella cheese in a platter. Arrange the basil leaves between the tomato and cheese slices. Keep the rest in the centre. Add black and green olives to the platter.
- Mix crushed garlic, crushed peppercorns, salt, olive oil and lemon juice to it. Mix well. Pour dressing over the salad and serve cold.
