Ingredients list for Thai Fried Rice - SK Khazana
- 3 cups Rice cooked
- 200 grams Boneless chicken cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
- 1-2 Fresh red chillies sliced
- 1 Egg
- 1 Medium carrot finely chopped
- 3-4 Spring onion bulbs sliced
- 4-5 Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 tablespo for garnish Spring onion greens sliced
- 1 Stock cube crushed
- to taste Salt
- a pinch Sugar
- 5-6 Pak choi
- 1/2 teaspoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chicken and sauté for a minute. Add garlic and red chillies and sauté well. Add egg and mix well.
- Add carrot, spring onion bulbs, cherry tomatoes and spring onion greens and mix well. Add crushed stock cube, salt, sugar and some water and mix well.
- Add torn pak choi and mix. Add rice, fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and cook for a minute. Adjust salt, if required.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
