By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Rice, Boneless chicken Cuisine Thai Course Rice Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Thai Fried Rice - SK Khazana 3 cups Rice cooked 200 grams Boneless chicken cut into strips 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1-2 Fresh red chillies sliced 1 Egg 1 Medium carrot finely chopped 3-4 Spring onion bulbs sliced 4-5 Cherry tomatoes halved 1 tablespo for garnish Spring onion greens sliced 1 Stock cube crushed to taste Salt a pinch Sugar 5-6 Pak choi 1/2 teaspoon Fish sauce 1 teaspoon Soy sauce 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chicken and sauté for a minute. Add garlic and red chillies and sauté well. Add egg and mix well. Add carrot, spring onion bulbs, cherry tomatoes and spring onion greens and mix well. Add crushed stock cube, salt, sugar and some water and mix well. Add torn pak choi and mix. Add rice, fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and cook for a minute. Adjust salt, if required.
