Ingredients list for Thai Fried Rice - SK Khazana

  • 3 cups Rice cooked
  • 200 grams Boneless chicken cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
  • 1-2 Fresh red chillies sliced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Medium carrot finely chopped
  • 3-4 Spring onion bulbs sliced
  • 4-5 Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespo for garnish Spring onion greens sliced
  • 1 Stock cube crushed
  • to taste Salt
  • a pinch Sugar
  • 5-6 Pak choi
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chicken and sauté for a minute. Add garlic and red chillies and sauté well. Add egg and mix well.
  2. Add carrot, spring onion bulbs, cherry tomatoes and spring onion greens and mix well. Add crushed stock cube, salt, sugar and some water and mix well.
  3. Add torn pak choi and mix. Add rice, fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and cook for a minute. Adjust salt, if required.
  4. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
