By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Cauliflower, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 4 cups cauliflower florets 2-3 tablespoons oil 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida 4 green chillies, finely chopped 1 inch ginger piece, finely chopped Salt to taste 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped 2 teaspoon red chilli powder 2 teaspoon coriander powder 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves Method Heat oil in a kadai .Add cumin seeds, once they splutter add asafoetida, green chillies, ginger and sauté for two minutes. Add cauliflower, salt, turmeric powder and cook on a medium flame for five to seven minutes . Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook for another eight to ten minutes or until the tomatoes are completely cooked. Remove from fire. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
