Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, grated
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 small cabbage, grated
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and saute till it crackle.
- Add cucumber, carrot and cabbage and saute for a minute. Add salt and mix well and cook for two minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat and add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot.
