This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Papads, Potatoes Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Stuffed Papad 8 Papads 2 tablespoons Potatoes 2 teaspoons Ginger chopped 3 Green chillies chopped 3-4 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder Method Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non stick pan, add ginger and green chillies and saute till fragrant. Add it to the mashed potatoes. Heat sufficient oil in a another pan. Add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, coriander leaves and roasted cumin powder to the potatoes and mix well. Dampen the papads slightly on both sides. Place a little potato mixture at one end of each papad and roll. Press the two ends to seal. Deep fry in hot oil till crisp and golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Arrange on a serving plate and serve immediately.
