By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Green Chillies, Gram Flour Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Stuffed Mirchi Pakoras 8 large Green Chillies 1 1/2 cups Gram Flour to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 3 teaspoons Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon Oil 1 medium Onion finely chopped 10-12 medium Button mushrooms chopped 1 t teaspoon Cumin powder 1/4 cup Bread crumbs 1/2 cup Processed cheese grated Method Wash and slit green chillies carefully only on one side, remove seeds and keep aside. Take gram flour in a bowl and add salt to taste, turmeric powder and one teaspoon of red chilli powder. Add sufficient water to gram flour to form a batter of coating consistency. Heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan on medium heat, add onion and cook, stirring continuously, till onion turns light golden brown. Add mushrooms and cook for another two to three minutes, stirring frequently.
