Ingredients list for Sprouted Adai

  • 1 cup Rice soaked
  • 2 Sprouted Green Gram
  • 2 Dry red chilies
  • 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds (saunf)
  • to taste Salt
  • 2-4 Curry leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Black peppercorns
  • 1 cup Sprouted Green gram
  • 2 Onion sliced
  • as required Oil

Method

  1. Grind together rice, green chillies, dry red chillies, fennel seeds, salt, curry leaves. Black peppercorns, green grams and sufficient water to a coarse paste.
  2. Add onions to the batter and mix well. Heat oil in a non stick tawa and pour a laddleful batter in make a circular dosa. Drizzle some oil on it and cook till golden brown on both the side.
  3. Serve hot with green chutney.
