Sprouted Adai Sprouted moong ground with rice and other masalas and made into dosas By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Rice, Sprouted Green Gram Cuisine Kerala Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Sprouted Adai 1 cup Rice soaked 2 Sprouted Green Gram 2 Dry red chilies 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds (saunf) to taste Salt 2-4 Curry leaves 2 teaspoons Black peppercorns 1 cup Sprouted Green gram 2 Onion sliced as required Oil Method Grind together rice, green chillies, dry red chillies, fennel seeds, salt, curry leaves. Black peppercorns, green grams and sufficient water to a coarse paste. Add onions to the batter and mix well. Heat oil in a non stick tawa and pour a laddleful batter in make a circular dosa. Drizzle some oil on it and cook till golden brown on both the side.
