By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Rice, Red Kidney Beans Cuisine Chinese Course Rice Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Spicy Fried Rice 1 1/2 cups Rice soaked 3/4 cup Red Kidney Beans soaked overnight 10 French beans 2 cm pieces 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Garlic chopped 4 Fresh red chillies deseeded & chopped 1 tablespoon Fish sauce 1 tablespoon Soy sauce to taste Salt to taste White pepper powder 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Drain rice and then boil in four cups of salted boiling water until done. Drain and keep aside. Drain and boil red kidney beans in two cups of water until soft. Drain and keep aside. Boil the French beans pieces in salted boiling water, cool in chilled water and then drain. Heat oil, add chopped garlic and red chillies, stir for a moment. Add boiled red kidney beans and French beans, mix well. Add fish sauce, soy sauce and stir well. Add boiled rice, adjust salt and white pepper powder. Mix thoroughly. Cook for two to three minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
