By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Aug 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken lollipops, Sichuan sauce Cuisine Indo-Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 1-1.30 hour Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Spicy Chicken Lollipops 12 Chicken lollipops 1 tablespoon Sichuan sauce to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste 2 teaspoons Lemon juice 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 3 tablespoons Thick yogurt 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder Oil for shallow-frying Method Apply a mixture of salt, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, lemon juice, Sichuan sauce, red chilli powder, yogurt and turmeric powder on the chicken lollipops and set aside to marinate for an hour. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the marinated lollipops and sear on high heat for four to five minutes, on each side. Cover and cook on low heat for six to eight minutes. Serve hot.
