By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Spaghetti, Tomatoes Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Spaghetti In Chunky Tomato Sauce 300 grams Spaghetti boiled 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped 2 tablespoons Oil 3 medium Onions chopped 2 Green chillies chopped 4 tablespoons Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon Vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 cup French beans cut diagonally 2 medium Carrots peeled cut diagonally and boiled. 3 teaspoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till golden. Add the tomatoes, green chillies, tomato ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well and cook till the oil separates. Add four tablespoons of water and mix. Add French beans, carrots, spaghetti and coriander leaves and cook for two minutes. Serve hot.
