Spaghetti In Chunky Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 300 grams spaghetti, boiled
  • 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup French beans, cut diagonally
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled cut diagonally and boiled
  • 3 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander leaves 

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till golden.
  2. Add the tomatoes, green chillies, tomato ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and red chilli powder.
  3. Mix well and cook till the oil separates. Add four tablespoons of water and mix.
  4. Add French beans, carrots, spaghetti and coriander leaves and cook for two minutes. Serve hot.
