Ingredients list for Spaghetti In Chunky Tomato Sauce

  • 300 grams Spaghetti boiled
  • 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 3 medium Onions chopped
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup French beans cut diagonally
  • 2 medium Carrots peeled cut diagonally and boiled.
  • 3 teaspoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped


  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till golden.
  2. Add the tomatoes, green chillies, tomato ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and red chilli powder.
  3. Mix well and cook till the oil separates. Add four tablespoons of water and mix.
  4. Add French beans, carrots, spaghetti and coriander leaves and cook for two minutes. Serve hot.
