Ingredients list for Soya Mattar Kebab-SK Khazana
- 1/2 cup Soya granules
- 1 Medium potato boiled and peeled
- 1/2 cup Green peas blanched
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 2 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- to shallow fry Oil
- for garnish Onion rings
- to serve Tomato ketchup
Method
- Soak the soya granules in water and set aside.
- Grate the boiled potato into a bowl, add green peas, soya granules, bread crumbs, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chillies, garam masala, salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix it all well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them to cylindrical kebabs.
- Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan place the kebabs till golden brown.
- Serve with onion rings and tomato ketchup.
