By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Aug 2018 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Soya granules, Medium potato Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Soya Mattar Kebab-SK Khazana 1/2 cup Soya granules 1 Medium potato boiled and peeled 1/2 cup Green peas blanched 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 2 Green chillies finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste to shallow fry Oil for garnish Onion rings to serve Tomato ketchup Method Soak the soya granules in water and set aside. Grate the boiled potato into a bowl, add green peas, soya granules, bread crumbs, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chillies, garam masala, salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix it all well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them to cylindrical kebabs. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan place the kebabs till golden brown.
