By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Dec 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Soya granules, Green peas Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Soya Matar Kebabs - SK Khazana 1 grams Soya granules soaked 1/4 cup Green peas blanched 2 Medium potatoes boiled & peeled 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 2 Green chillies chopped 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste to shallow fry Oil to serve Onion rings to serve Tomato ketchup Method Soak the soya granules in water for 30 minutes. Grate the boiled potatoes into a bowl, add green peas, soya granules, breadcrumbs, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chillies, garam masala powder, salt and ginger garlic paste and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them to cylindrical kebabs. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, place the kebabs in it and shallow-fry, turning sides, till golden brown all around. Drain on absorbent paper.
