Ingredients list for Shish Taouk-SK Khazana
- 400 grams Boneless chicken legs cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- 1 teaspoon All spice powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- for brushi Oil
- 4 Pita breads
- to serve Mixed vegetable salad
Method
- Put chicken pieces in a bowl. Add yogurt, crushed peppercorns, all spice powder, paprika, salt, garlic paste, lemon juice and olive oil and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Skewer chicken pieces onto satay sticks.
- Heat a griller and brush with some oil. Place pita breads on it, cover and grill till grill marks appear on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Place skewers on the griller, cover and grill till chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with pita breads and salad.
