By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken legs, Yogurt Cuisine Middle Eastern Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Shish Taouk-SK Khazana 400 grams Boneless chicken legs cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces 1/2 cup Yogurt to taste Black peppercorns crushed 1 teaspoon All spice powder 1 teaspoon Paprika to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Garlic paste 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Olive oil for brushi Oil 4 Pita breads to serve Mixed vegetable salad Method Put chicken pieces in a bowl. Add yogurt, crushed peppercorns, all spice powder, paprika, salt, garlic paste, lemon juice and olive oil and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Skewer chicken pieces onto satay sticks. Heat a griller and brush with some oil. Place pita breads on it, cover and grill till grill marks appear on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside. Place skewers on the griller, cover and grill till chicken is fully cooked.
