Ingredients
- 100 grams semolina (rawa)
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 medium green capsicum, chopped
- 2-3 fresh red chillies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 4 white bread slices
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Grated cheese as required
- White sesame seeds as required
- Tomato ketchup to serve
Method
- Add rawa, salt and yogurt in a bowl. Mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Add onion, tomato, capsicum, red chillies and coriander. Mix well.
- Take a white bread slice, add a portion of the mixture and spread it evenly on all sides. Set aside.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan, melt it and add a bread slice with mixture side facing up. Add cheese and white sesame seeds. Flip and cook till golden brown on both the sides.
- Transfer rawa toasts on a serving plate.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
