Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Prep Time : 16-20 minutes

Cook time : 11-15 minutes

Ingredients for Quick Fried Chicken - All Green Recipe

  • Boneless Chicken cut into thin strips 400 grams

  • Green Curry Paste 1 tablespoon

  • Fish sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Spring onion green chopped 3

  • Garlic chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Garlic sliced 2-3 cloves

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 3 tablespoons

  • fried basil leaves 12-15

  • Sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Lemon 1/2

  • Red chillies sliced 2


Step 1

Place chicken strips in bowl, add green curry paste and fish sauce. Mix well and set aside to marinate. Heat oil in non stick pan, add spring onion bulbs, chopped garlic and sliced garlic. Sauté on high heat for 1 minute.

Step 2

Add salt and marinated chicken. Mix well and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.Add spring onion greens and coriander leaves. Mix again.

Step 3

Add basil leaves, sugar and mix well. Toss and cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off heat and had lemon juice. Mix well. Garnish with red chillies and serve hot.
