Ingredients for Quick Chilli Pickle Recipe

  • Green Chillies 28-30

  • Lemon Juice 4 tablespoons

  • Oil 4 tablespoons

  • Asafoetida 1/2 teaspoon

  • Ginger-garlic paste 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Crushed mustard seeds 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Roughly chop green chillies.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add asafoetida, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and mix well. Add salt, turmeric powder and crushed mustard seeds and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer into a sterilized glass container, keep aside for a day and serve as required.
