Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels for popcorn
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 15-20 fresh mint leaves
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon green chillies chopped
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 lemons
- Nylon sev as required
Method
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add corn and mix. Cover with the lid without the whistle and let the corn pop.
- Chop onion and tomato finely. Finely chop mint leaves.
- When all the corn kernels have popped, put them into a large mixing bowl. Add onion, tomato, mint leaves, red chilli powder, green chillies, chaat masala and a little salt. Squeeze the juice of a lemon and mix well.
- Add sev and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
