Ingredients
- For one portion
- 2 tablespoons fresh pomegranate pearls
- 1 fresh red chilli + for garnishing
- 1 cup soda water
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Juice of ½ lemon + as required
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes as required
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar syrup
- Lemon slice for garnishing
Method
- Mix together some salt and chilli powder on a plate.
- Apply some lemon juice on the rim of a serving glass and place it inverted on the plate to coat the rim with chilli powder.
- Put pomegranate pearls, 1 broken red chilli, juice of ½ lemon and torn mint leaves in the glass and lightly muddle.
- Put few ice cubes, sugar syrup and soda water and serve chilled garnished with a red chilli and lemon slice.
