Ingredients list for Thai Style Red Chilli Sauce
- 7-8 Fresh Red Chillies
- 7-8 cloves Garlic
- to taste Salt
- 4 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
Method
- Crush and roughly chop garlic and red chillies. Put them in a blender jar and blend into a coarse paste.
- Mix together salt, sugar and 2 tbsps vinegar in a small bowl. Add fish sauce and mix. Add soy sauce and mix well.
- Add the chilli paste and mix well. Add the remaining vinegar and mix well.
- Serve with Chao Tom or any other dish.
