Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh pomegranate juice
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1½ tsps black salt
- ½ tsp crushed black peppercorns
- 1½ tsps roasted cumin powder
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- 7-8 mint leaves
Method
- Heat pomegranate juice in a deep pan, add sugar and mix well. Add black salt, crushed black peppercorns, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and red chilli powder. Mix well.
- Add a few mint leaves and mix. Cook till the mixture reduces a little bit. Take it off the heat and strain into another bowl.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour. Add the chilled mixture into an ice cream churner bucket. Place it on the churner and churn it for 20 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture into an air tight container and freeze till set.
Scoop and serve.
