Ingredients list for Piyush-SK Khazana
- 1/2 cup Kesar shrikhand
- 3 tablespoons Saffron milk
- 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
- 4 cups Buttermilk
- for garnish Cashewnuts chopped
- for garnish Almonds slivered
- for garnish Pistachios slivered
Method
- Put kesar shrikhand, saffron milk, green cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and buttermilk in a jar and blender with a hand blender.
- Pour equally into 4 glasses, garnish with cashewnuts, almonds and pistachios and serve immediately.
