Ingredients list for Piyush-SK Khazana

  • 1/2 cup Kesar shrikhand
  • 3 tablespoons Saffron milk
  • 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
  • 4 cups Buttermilk
  • for garnish Cashewnuts chopped
  • for garnish Almonds slivered
  • for garnish Pistachios slivered

Method

  1. Put kesar shrikhand, saffron milk, green cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and buttermilk in a jar and blender with a hand blender.
  2. Pour equally into 4 glasses, garnish with cashewnuts, almonds and pistachios and serve immediately.
