Ingredients for Piyush-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Kesar shrikhand 1/2 cup

  • Saffron milk 3 tablespoons

  • Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

  • Nutmeg (jaiphal) powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Buttermilk 4 cups

  • Cashewnuts chopped for garnish

  • Almonds slivered for garnish

  • Pistachios slivered for garnish


Step 1

Put kesar shrikhand, saffron milk, green cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and buttermilk in a jar and blender with a hand blender.

Step 2

Pour equally into 4 glasses, garnish with cashewnuts, almonds and pistachios and serve immediately.
