Ingredients list for Kesari Shrikhand-SK Khazana
- 2 tablespoons Saffron milk (kesar)
- for garnish Saffron strands
- 2 cups Hung yogurt
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- for garnish Almonds blanched, peeled and sliced
- for garnish Pistachios blanched and chopped
Method
- Whisk together hung yogurt and powdered sugar in a bowl till smooth and creamy.
- Add saffron milk and whisk till well blended. Add nutmeg powder and cardamom powder and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.
- Garnish with almonds, pistachios, saffron and serve chilled.
