By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Oct 2018 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Saffron milk (kesar), Saffron strands Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Mithais Prep Time 2.30-3 hour Cook time Cooking Time Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Kesari Shrikhand-SK Khazana 2 tablespoons Saffron milk (kesar) for garnish Saffron strands 2 cups Hung yogurt 1/2 cup Powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg (jaiphal) powder 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder for garnish Almonds blanched, peeled and sliced for garnish Pistachios blanched and chopped Method Whisk together hung yogurt and powdered sugar in a bowl till smooth and creamy. Add saffron milk and whisk till well blended. Add nutmeg powder and cardamom powder and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.
