This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Jul 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Penne Pasta, Whole Green Grams Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Pasta moong Bolognese 2 cups Penne Pasta boiled 1/2 cup Whole Green Grams boiled 2 tablespoons Olive oil 2 tablespoons Butter 1 tablespoon Celery chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 medium Onion 1 medium Tomato chopped 1/2 cup Tomato puree to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 6-8 Basil leaves 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated Method Heat oil and butter in a non stick wok. Add celery and garlic and saute. Chop onion in a chopper and add to the wok and saute, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add tomato and saute for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and continue to saute. Add moong, ½ cup water, salt and pepper powder and mix well. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add penne and mix well. Tear fresh basil and add. Add 3 tbsps parmesan cheese and mix. Transfer into a serving dish and serve hot sprinkled with remaining parmesan cheese.
